Shipping
We deliver to all 27 governorates in Egypt. Orders are confirmed by phone and leave our warehouse within one working day.

Pay by cash on delivery: the courier collects the order total when your parcel arrives.
Returns
You can return items within days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their tags attached. Socks can’t be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
- Send us your order number using the contact form below.
- We arrange a courier pickup from your address within two working days.
- Once we receive the items, we refund you by bank transfer or wallet within 5 working days, or exchange the size.

FAQ
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within one hour of placing it. After that it has usually left the warehouse, but you can still return it for free.
How should I wash my kit?
Cold wash, inside out, no fabric softener. Softener clogs the fibres that move sweat. Hang dry wherever you can; tumble-drying DriftShell™ on low actually refreshes its water repellency.
Do you offer a warranty?
Everything we make is covered against manufacturing faults for two years. If a seam or zip fails, contact us and we’ll repair or replace it.
Do you have a physical store?
Our studio doubles as the 5:30 Club base and a small showroom. It’s open Thursday to Saturday.
Do you offer team or club orders?
Yes. Clubs of 10 or more get custom colourways and pricing. Get in touch using the form below.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery everywhere in Egypt. Card, mobile-wallet and Fawry payments are coming soon.
