Where we started
A run club first. A brand second.
Flow Motion started as six friends running the same loop before work, trading gear notes on the way back. Shorts that rode up, shells that sweated through, tees that smelled after one wear. We started sketching fixes on napkins.
Four years and hundreds of prototypes later, every piece we make still gets tested on that same loop before it goes on sale.

Community
The 5:30 Club
Every Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 am we run an easy 8 km from the studio. Two paces, nobody gets dropped, coffee after. It’s free and open to everyone.
On Saturdays we run long, and once a month we head out of the city for the trails.
